I have a passion for turning holiday dreams into unforgettable realities. I started my own journey back in 2004 at Air New Zealand's Contact Centre. It was there that I discovered my true calling: guiding clients through every aspect of their travel experience, from inception to completion.

With the allure of all things travel calling to me, I then joined Flight Centre and climbed my way to excellence, winning both Individual and Team global awards whilst working with top stores across the country. A decade on, as I embraced the joys of motherhood, I set my sights on working for myself as a Travel Broker.

In 2023, my dedication and commitment were once again acknowledged internationally when I was honoured with the Flight Centre Global Icons award, placing me among the Top 3 in New Zealand. This achievement reflects not only my deep-seated passion for travel but also my unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service.

I have been attracted to travel for as long as I can remember. My career in the industry started as an international flight attendant for Air New Zealand, and in 2010 I joined the Flight Centre family.

Since 2000, I've been fortunate to work in a profession I love - selling travel. My journey with Flight Centre led to a quick ascent to a Team Leader role, where I managed five diverse stores. My drive and dedication, along with my teams', led us to achieve global recognition and awards. Embracing a new path, I've stepped away from the traditional 9-5 to reconnect with my passion – selling travel directly!

My experience is vast, ranging from a grand 45-day Contiki tour across Europe, to an exquisite luxury safari in South Africa, and even a delightful family cruise through the South Pacific with P&O. I have a special knack for handling Group Bookings and serving corporate clients who require prompt, specialised attention.

Building strong, lasting relationships with my clients is paramount. No task is too grand or minor for me, whether it involves a brief domestic trip or an extensive six-month tour and cruise adventure, and everything in between. From the moment I left school and completed my Diploma in Travel, Tourism and business in 2004...I absolutely knew that the travel industry was my calling and to this day I have no regrets! Travel brings so much joy to anyone who decides to step outside their comfort zone and explore all the wonders of the world. I love nothing more than travelling myself, but even more so creating dream trips for my clients.

Throughout my career in the Travel industry, I have worked in Inbound Travel in New Zealand, Wholesale travel in Australia and almost 10 years in Corporate Travel for Flight Centre New Zealand. After a very successful stint at Corporate Traveller where I was fortunate to attend multiple Flight Centre global awards for being recognised in the top 10% of consultants in the world, I decided to take the plunge and start up my own travel brokering business in 2022.

From the day I started as a Travel broker, I have not looked back. The satisfaction I get from creating impeccable travel arrangements for my clients is something I strive for with every trip I am trusted with.
